These non profit organizations are raising money for causes that range from hockey scholarships to ending domestic abuse, to cancer research and assistance for patients and families to alcohol and chemical recovery assistance.

Stagetime Productions Services:
    • Assist with venue selection based on audience size, location and budget
    • Source, contract and manage the AV company, including union calls when necessary
    • Work with venue on logistics for the event, including catering, room set and décor
    • Manage design and mailing of the save the date postcards, invitations and printed programs
    • Oversee the registration process including online, mail and phone sales
    • Manage or assist with the silent auction item procurement and onsite set-up and check-out logistics
    • Create an event timeline and show flow
    • Source and contract speakers and entertainment
    • Create rehearsal schedule and run rehearsals, including speaker coaching
    • Write the script
    • Produce videos
    • Oversee event production and logistics on the day of the event
    • Provide a written summary of the event
