A 7 month contract with the Saint Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation from
August 2003 to February 2004, with an operational budget of around $1.5 million
and a total budget including in kind services of $8 million

Assisted in the creation of sponsorship levels and
marketing materials
Secured over $350,000 in sponsorships
Operations
Responsible for the daily operation of the Ice Palace, which included ticketing, security, first aid, hospitality and catering, entertainment, volunteer recruitment and management. The Ice Palace was open from January 22, 2004-February 8, 2004.
Attended construction meetings and supervised the layout of tents and stages
Wrote all Operation SOP’s and the Emergency Action Plan
Supervised Fanfare Attractions, the ticketing agent for the event
Produced the videos shown at the Ice Palace
Media spokesperson for the Ice Palace which included national and local television, print and radio
Created the organizational structure and managed 1,500+ volunteers over a 17 day run
