Development
Responsible for identifying and securing corporate sponsors
• Assisted in the creation of sponsorship levels and marketing materials
• Secured $350,000 in sponsorships

Operations
Responsible for the daily operation of the Ice Palace, which included ticketing, security, first aid, hospitality and catering, entertainment and volunteer recruitment and management.
• Wrote all Operation SOP's and the Emergency Action Plan
• Produced all video shown at the Ice Palace
• Media spokesperson for the Ice Palace, which included national and local television, print and radio

Executive Producer

   

Executive Producer for the UMAA Annual meeting at Northrop Auditorium,
the Scholars Walk Dedication at McNamara Center
and the Carlson School of Management Reunion.

• Managed and contracted AV elements and set design
• Contracted and supervised all speakers and talent, including Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Conner
• Revealed The Wall of Discovery, which included a 240 foot Kabuki drop, live band and confetti cannons
• Selected and supervised catering and dιcor element


"Dare to Dream"
Executive Producer
Responsible for all the creative and production elements for this annual event attended by 1,000 guests
• Managed and contracted AV elements, decor and set design
• Arranged custom music and created the Mother and Daughter Dare to Dream Diva Choir, featuring Mary Jane Alm, Patty Peterson, Ginger Commodore, Gwen Matthews and many others
• Managed production of videos
