2010 Teen Volunteer Registration
Rise to the challenge of Group Leaders and Group Leaders-in-Training. Discover
the leadership qualities within you! During the leadership training you will
learn and develop skills needed to lead activities, work with youth and have fun
with other SJA youth.
Adult volunteers will place kids in roles that are appropriate to their
abilities and interests. A teen liaison will work with the teens both during
training and during camp.
Experience Camp St. Joan from a whole new perspective
You will:
· Focus on personal development areas: building confidence, time management, and
activity planning
· Develop leadership skills: communication, problem solving, team building
· Have the opportunity to shadow experienced camp counselors, camp volunteers
and staff
· Hang out with friends - old and new

· Register and turn in your essay by May 1.

· Interview with camp staff. Interviews will be conducted on June 16, 7-9pm.
